unpack your negative patterns and find self-acceptance

All of You:

unpack your negative patterns and find self-acceptance

Is ignoring your negative patterns holding you back from self-acceptance?

Maybe you avoid looking at the parts of yourself you don’t like, pushing them to the ground in the hope it might swallow them up whole.

Perhaps you are going through a transition in your life and it is making you doubt yourself more than normal.

Could it be that you are just so fed up of all the negative internal conversations you have with yourself you are ready to try something different, a new approach?

If you are nodding your head in agreement with any of the above you are in the right place.

Self-acceptance is not linear. It is a forward, backward, wiggly-windy, life-long journey where there is no certificate waiting for us at the end. It is personal, nuanced and complicated, just like us.

But, without a sprinkling of self-acceptance, we cannot fully trust ourselves.

I believe is it possible for us to take steps, call them small actions, towards developing and mastering our self-acceptance. This is why I developed the self-trust method, made up of two ingredients; values and self-acceptance.

If you are not ready to commit to long-term coaching perhaps this is for you. Research suggests that solving one problem leads to improvement in other areas of life so if you are ready to start why not start here?

This single-session will be laser-focused on one area: self-acceptance

A *huge* area of self-acceptance that often goes overlooked is our repetitive negative patterns or weaknesses.

How do you address yours? Do you avoid them? Or perhaps they embarrass you? Or maybe you are in denial about them?

It is easy for us to focus on our strengths but the key to long-lasting, grounded, whole-hearted self-acceptance is by looking at our perceived weakness with kindness and compassion. These patterns are what make us human, they are an innate part of all of our lives, however, until we have addressed them we cannot fully accept ourselves. It is not the weakness itself that affects our happiness but how we relate to it.
When we accept and delve into our negative patterns they become less of a problem. And, this is the kind of delicious scenario I want for all of you.

Our coaching session will be a deep dive into how you see yourself. Looking at yourself through a broad lens, not one that purely focuses on the things we don't like about ourselves.

Together we will explore:

In a creative, energetic and hands-on way, we will look at all of what makes you, you. Using proven, evidence-based tools we will identify your weaknesses, reflect on your current state of self-acceptance, work through exercises designed to uncover what self-acceptance means to you, get excited about the motivation to improve the areas you would like to improve and discuss self-care and how you apply this to your life.

An action-focused, fun and fulfilling 90 minutes designed to connect you to yourself and bring about a subtle, yet significant change in how you see yourself.

This single session is part of what I believe is one of the most important things in life; finding a home within ourselves. A place of safety, love and worthiness. Trusting ourselves, knowing ourselves and believing in ourselves so we can live with purpose and compassion the way we want to live, not the way we are told to. No one knows what you need in your life more than you do.

I had a fantastic first session with Lucy: we dove straight into finding a practical solution for issues I've been feeling stuck in, and she provided me with an achievable plan to help me reach my goals. Lucy is full of positive energy, warmth and a can-do attitude. Even if you're new to coaching as I was I'd definitely recommend working with her: it's amazing to see what she can do in as little as an hour! Thank you so much, Lucy!”
